Car Rental

I would like to change or cancel my reservation.
To change or cancel one of your existing reservations, click on the Active Reservations in your My Account link to find your reservation.
To change your reservation first cancel your existing reservation. If your original booking is canceled prior to your pick-up date it will be refunded to your form of payment.
I need special equipment and enter my loyalty number.
Proceed to your car rental company’s website with your confirmation number. You will be able to add any service to your rental car.
I didn’t receive my confirmation.
Please check your email spam folder first. If you still cannot find it then go to your existing reservations to find a copy of your confirmation to print or email.

Hotels

I would like to change or cancel my reservation
To change or cancel one of your existing reservations, click on the Active Reservations on your My Account link. If the reservation has not yet occurred, you will have the opportunity to click Cancel or View in order to update any information. Most discounted rates are non-refundable, so be sure you are aware of the cancellation/change penalties before you take any action.If the room is refundable and you need changes, first cancel your booking and re book. There is no guarantee that your new request can be fulfilled, so you might want to first make sure your new request can be fulfilled.

Flights

I would like to change or cancel my reservation.
Due to the airline rules flights are the most difficult to change. Most everyone wants the lowest fare possible and these fares are always non-refundable, and many times cannot be changed. If changes are allowed there is an airline penalty, usually $200.00, plus any difference in the airfare from what was originally booked and a service fee of $30.00 to make changes.
Where do I go to see my booking and print my eTicket?
You can view your flight itinerary in My Account under Active Reservations. Alternatively, you can go to My Trips where you have options to email or print your eTickets. You can also view your itinerary on your airline’s website.
I haven’t received my Electronic Ticket.
It might take up to 24 hours for your eTicket to be sent to your email address. If it has been longer than 24 hours, please call us on 800-568-8994 and ask for flights.

Where do I find my voucher for my activity/tour?
Go to My Trips where you can view and print your vouchers.Check your email too as you should receive the voucher by email.
Why do I need a voucher?
Your voucher is the only confirmation the local tour operator will accept.Make sure you read the rules & regulations on your confirmation for important information about redeeming your voucher.

Pertinent information regarding pick-up times and pick-up place is shown on your voucher/confirmation.
